For Albania, a country trying to join the European Union, construction of a monument representative of democracy is the primary purpose of this project. Parliamentary democracy is called the central fulcrum of public organizations; Parliament is considered to be the main body of the constituents of the city. Its role would be apparent immediately. The building is located in a Mondrian style geometric gardens, and it can be easily integrated with the urban parks which is checkered in layout.
