Richard Bliah Associates is looking an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to provide a broad range of marketing & communication support to our Architectural Practice. The role will suit someone who can work autonomously as well as part of a team. The position is a full-time, for the period of 2 years renewable. A 3 months trial period will be required before being accepted as a full-time employee. Only successful candidates will be contacted by email. Job responsibilities:

  • Producing marketing materials for the studio
  • Managing public relations with existing and potential clients
  • Driving new business presentations in line with the company’s strategy
  • Researching events to attend and organising internal and external company events
  • Development of media relationships and campaigns and social media
  • Promote any strategy able to secure new business
  • Responsibility for development and delivery of revenue targets
  • Identify new brand development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bi-lingual (English and Japanese)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to liaise with a wide variety of clients at all levels
  • Flexible to deal with changing priorities and tasks
  • Ability to work autonomously and be a team player
